Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- Anisogonia was used by Butler without any indication that it was a new generic name; it was evidently obtained from Warren and was unintentionally made nomenclaturally available before Warren's generic description was published. Parsons et al. (1999) included ANISOGONIA Butler, 1893; and ANISOGONIA Warren, 1894 as junior synonyms of ENNADA Blanchard, 1852. Pitkin (2002) included Anisogonia Butler, 1893; and Anisogonia Warren, 1894 as junior synonyms of Syncirsodes Butler, 1882.
