| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Myrmecozela was established to denote a subgenus of Tinea Linnaeus, 1758. See also: * Myrmecocela Wocke, 1871. MYRMECOZELA was included within the subfamily TINEIDAE: MYRMECOZELINAE by Davis & Robinson, in Kristensen (1999). Robinson (2001) included the type-species of DULCANA Zagulajev, 1975; FLAVIDA Zagulajev, 1975; PROCTOLOPHA Rebel, 1915; PROMASIA Chrétien, 1905; and PSEPHOLOGA Meyrick, 1921 in the genus MYRMECOZELA Zeller, 1852. Robinson (2001) included 30 species (and 3 possible infrasubspecies) in the genus. |
