Memo: Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- Pseudopsyche was established in the Pseudopsychidae; it was transferred to the Cochlidiidae, now Limacodidae, by Alberti, 1954, Mitt. zool. Mus. Berl. 30: 344, 345. Pseudopsyche was again described as a new genus by Oberthür, 1880, Etudes d'Entomologie 5: 41. The later reference was cited as the original reference by Neave, 1940, Nomencl. zool. 3: 1000.
