| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Kocak, 1981, Priamus 1: 114, stated that Argyridia was not monotypic as Stephens had included a var. zebrana Duponchel. Under the Code (Edn 3), Article 68(d), a nominal genus is monotypic even though the author cited synonyms or subspecies. See also: * Argyridea Waterhouse, 1902.
