| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) included SEMIOSCOPIS in the subfamily OECOPHORIDAE: DEPRESSARIINAE, treated by Hodges, in Kristensen (1999) as a subfamily of ELACHISTIDAE. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- The type-species was included by Hübner as * Steinkellnerana Schiff., and cited by Westwood as * Steinkelnerana Fabricius, each an incorrect subsequent spelling, and incorrect or incomplete authorship. |
