| Memo: | Hemming (1967) stated:- I introduced this name as a replacement for Moorea Toxopeus, 1927, which is invalid under the Law of Homonymy. Arletta Hemming, 1935 was downgraded to denote a subgenus of Oreolyce Toxopeus, 1927 by Eliot and Kawazoe, 1983, Blue butterflies of the Lycaenopsis group, p.34. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). |
