Memo: Hemming (1967) stated:- The name Tmetocerus Poujade is invalid, as it is a junior homonym of Tmetocerus Hartert, 1891 (Kat. Vogelsamml. Mus. Senckenberg : 141), an Emendation of Tmetoceros Cabanis, 1847 (Class Aves). The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008).
