| Memo: | Nye (1975) stated:- An unjustified emendation of Ceropacha Stephens, 1829. Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- A junior homonym of Ceratopacha Stephens, 1850, List Specimens Br. Anim. Colln Br. Mus. 5: 119, - Lepid., Thyatiridae. The objective replacement name is Eucraera Tams, 1930. * Cerotopacha Stephens, 1835, Illust. Br. Ent. (Haustellata) 4: 389, and * Ceratopacha Stephens, 1835, ibidem 4: 426, are incorrect subsequent spellings of Ceropacha Stephens, 1829, - Lepid., Thyatiridae. Both misspellings were included in Neave, 1939, Nomencl. zool. 1: 649 and 638 respectively, but Ceratopacha Stephens, 1850, was omitted. |
