Average diversification rates from BAMM
Average diversification rates for tips (species) used in the analyses in Echeverria-Londoño et al. (2020) in csv format (EcheverriaLondono et al AvgtipRates) calculated using BAMM v2.5 (Rabosky et al., 2013) and the BAMM tools R package (Rabosky et al., 2014). Column headings are: • SPECIES = species included in the analysis • AVGTIPRATE = model-averaged mean rates of speciation (across the 100 BAMM runs).
