A junior homonym of Leucosia Weber, 1795, Nomencl. ent. ... Fabricii: 92, - Crustacea. The objective replacement name is Leucoma Hübner, 1822. Leucosia Rambur, 1866, under the ruling of Opinion 712 was placed on the Official Index of Rejected and Invalid Names in Zoology: Name No.1733.
