Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- Alcisca was originally proposed as a subgenus of Boarmia Treitschke, 1825. Parsons et al. (1999) included ALCISCA Werhli, 1943; DICTYODEA Werhli, 1934; and POECILALCIS Warren, 1893 as junior synonyms of ALCIS Curtis, 1826.
