Rillo_bias_size_relabund.csv
Bias analysis: data used to test the relationship between size and relative abundance using only the re-sampled data (in the Discussion and SI of the paper). Each row represents a population (species within the assemblage). The column “rel_abund” relates to the relative abundances of species in each sample (see table Rillo_bias_foram_counts.csv), and “area_log_95q” is the populational 95th percentile of the log area for each species in each sample (individual measurements can be found in table Rillo_bias_size_data.csv, dataset “Resampling”).
