Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- E. oxycyma is currently treated as a subspecies of Hypochroma nelearia Guenée, 1857, in Boisduval & Guenée, Hist. nat. Insectes (Spec. gén. Lépid.) 9: 279. See also: Terpnidia Butler, 1892. Parsons et al. (1999) included PINGARMIA Sterneck, 1927; and TERPNIDIA Butler, 1892 as junior synonyms of EPIPRISTIS Meyrick, 1888. Parsons et al. (1999) included 8 species and 4 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus EPIPRISTIS.
