| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- The first volume of Horsfield & Moore's work was entitled `A Catalogue of the lepidopterous Insects in the Museum of the Hon. East-India Company'. The dates of publication of the two volumes were discussed and listed by Cowan, 1975, J. Soc. Biblphy nat. Hist. 7: 273-284. The date of publication of the part of Seitz containing page 31 is not stated in either the German or the English edition. The German edition was received at the BMNH, London, on 18.vi.1907 as listed by Griffin, 1936, Trans. R. ent. Soc. Lond. 85: 262. |
