The part of Seitz containing page 521 has appeared only in the German edition; its date of publication is stated on that page to be 21.viii.1943. Parsons et al. (1999) included ALCIPPE Gumppenberg, 1887; ASTACUDA Moore, 1888; BOARMIA Treitschke, 1825 [October 18]; DRYOCOETIS Hübner, 1825; EROBATODES Wehrli, 1943; MAIDANA Swinhoe, 1900; NARAPA Moore, 1887; PSEUDANGERONA Moore, 1887; PSEUDOBOARMIA McDunnough, 1920; and SERRACA Moore, 1887 as junior synonyms of HYPOMECIS Hübner, 1821.
