Memo: Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- Eubaphe was established in the Arctiidae (by inference) but is currently placed in the Geometridae. Several species of Arctiidae previously placed in Eubaphe are currently placed in Holomelina Herrich-Schäffer, 1855. Parsons et al. (1999) included AMERIA Walker, 1854 [May 13]; EUPHANESSA Packard, 1864; and LEPTIDULE Butler, 1877 as junior synonyms of EUBAPHE Hübner, 1823. Parsons et al. (1999) included 26 species and 2 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus EUBAPHE.
