Eumelia Neumoegen is not preoccupied by * Eumelia Duncan [& Westwood], 1841, in Jardine, Naturalist's Libr. (Edn 1) 33 (Ent.7): pl.29, fig.4, legend, nor by * Eumelia Hopffer, 1874, Stettin. ent. Ztg 35: 47; the former is an incorrect (of a multiple) original spelling, the latter an incorrect subsequent spelling of Eumelea Duncan [& Westwood], 1841, ibidem 33 (Ent.7): 215, - Lepid., Geometridae. |
