| Memo: | Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- G. pictula is a junior subjective synonym of Eurata picta Herrich-Schüffer, [1853] 1850-1858, Samml. neuer oder wenig bekannter aussereur. Schmett. 1 (1): wrapper, pl.13, fig.52. Eurota was established as a subgenus of Glaucopis Fabricius, 1807, in the `Zygaenides', now Zygaenidae; it was placed in the Syntomidae, now Ctenuchidae, by Hampson, 1898, Cat. Lepid. Phalaenae Br. Mus. 1: 285. See also: Eurata Herrich-Schüffer, [1853]. |
