| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- G. bipunctaria was proposed as the objective replacement name for Phalaena undulata Scopoli, 1763, Ent. Carniolica: 223, a junior homonym of Phalaena undulata Linnaeus, 1758. Desmarest included the generic name as * Euseria and the type-species as * Bipuntaria, each an incorrect subsequent spelling. Parsons et al. (1999) included EUBOLIA Duponcehl, 1829; EUSEBIA Braund, 1846; EUSEBIA Duponchel, 1845; FORBACHIA Albrecht, 1920; LIMONOPHILA Gumppenberg, 1887; ONYCHIA Hübner, 1825; and PHASIANE Duponchel, 1829 as junior synonyms of SCOTOPTERYX Hübner, 1825. |
