| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1984) stated:- F. backstromi was named in honour of Mr Kä0 re BäckstrÖm, a Swedish member of the expedition to Juan Fernandez and Easter Island. As the name is not German, Article 32(c)(i) of the Code requires only that the diacritic marks be removed from the name. FERNANDOCRAMBUS was included within the subfamily CRAMBIDAE: CRAMBINAE by Munroe & Solis, in Kristensen (1999). |
