| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- F. affabricata is a junior subjective synonym of Chelepteryx collesi Gray, [1835] 1836, in Gray, Trans. ent. Soc. Lond. 1 (2): 122 (Dr Bert Gustafsson, personal communication). Festra affabricata was again proposed as a new genus and a new species by Wallengren, 1861, K. Svenska Fregatten Eugenies Resa ... C.A. Virgin 1851-53 2 (Zool.) (1, Insecta): 366, pl.6, fig.7. The locality of the type-species was there given as Sydney, Australia. See also: Chelepteryx Gray, [1835]. |
