Memo: Nye & Fletcher (1991) included GIGANTOLETRIA in the family HOLCOPOGONIDAE, treated by Hodges, in Kristensen (1999) as a subfamily of AUTOSTICHIDAE. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Gigantoletria was established in the Symmocidae; it was transferred to the Holcopogonidae by Gozmany, 1967, Acta zool. hung. 13: 273.
