| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- The International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature, 1979, Bull. zool. Nom. 27: 27, in Opinion 912 placed Gracillaria on the Official List of Generic Names in Zoology: Name Number 1904, and placed G. anastomosis on the Official List of Specific Names in Zoology: Name Number 2382. See also: * Gracilaria Zeller, 1839; Gracilaria Walsingham, 1907. Gracillaria Haworth, 1828, was established to denote a subgenus of Caloptilia Hubner, [1825] 1816 and was raised to generic level by Kumata, 1982, Insecta Matsumurana 26 : 7. Gracillaria was treated as a valid genus by de-Prins, 1985, Nota Lepidopterologica8 (4) : 357. |
