Insects (2): 131; and 1831, Illust. Br. Ent. (Haustellata) 3: 220. See: CIDARIA Treitschke, 1825. Parsons et al. (1999) included HARPALYCE Stephens, 1827; and ZONODONTA Sodoffsky, 1837 as junior synonyms of CIDARIA Treitschke, 1825.
