Memo: Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- D. ianthina is a junior subjective synonym of Heteronygia flammeola Distant, 1899, Ann. Mag. nat. Hist. (7) 4:360. Hemerophanes was proposed as the objective replacement name for Dasycampa Janse, 1915, but Collenette cited as type-species, H. flammeola Distant, the senior subjective synonym of the type-species.
