| Memo: | Hemeroplanes Hübner, [1819] 1816 was treated as the senior [subjective] synonym of Leucorhampha Rothschild & Jordan, 1903 by Schreiber, 1978, Biogeographica 10 : 33. Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- S. triptolemus is dated from the wrapper of part 18, not from the title-page of the volume which is dated 1782. Kitching & Cadiuo (2000) list LEUCORHAMPHA Rothschild & Jordan, 1903 as a junior synonym of HEMEROPLANES Hübner, 1819. |
