| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- Heteranaphe was originally proposed in the Anaphidae, now Thaumetopoeidae; it was included in the Notodontidae by Kirby, 1892, Synonymic Cat. Lepid. Heterocera 1: 577, where the name was published as * Hyperanaphe, an incorrect subsequent spelling; it was transferred to the Sabaliadae, now Lemoniidae, by Hampson, 1901, Trans. ent. Soc. Lond. 1901: 189, as a junior subjective synonym of Sabalia Walker, 1865; it was placed in the Striphnopterygidae, now Eupterotidae, by Aurivillius, 1901, Bih. K. svenska VetenskAkad. Handl. 27 (4) (7): 18; and in the Eupterotidae by Gaede, 1927, in Seitz, Gross-Schmett. Erde 14: 301; it was restored to the Lemoniidae by Berger, 1958, Lambillionea 57: 73. |
