Memo: Heteroderces Meyrick, 1929, was referred back to the Gelechiidae from the Lecithoceridae by Gozmany, 1978, in Microlepidoptera Palaearctica, Amsel, Gregor and Reisser [Eds] Volume 5, Lecithoceridae, p.252 (and p.262). Heteroderces was treated in the Lecithoceridae by Nye & Fletcher 1991, 6 : 148. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Heteroderces was included in the "Gelechiadae" by Fletcher, 1929, Mem. Dep. Agric. India (Ent.) 11: (Further Addenda and Corrigenda): [1]; it was transferred to the Timyridae, now Lecithoceridae, by Clarke, 1955, Cat. Type Specimens Microlepid. Br. Mus. nat. Hist. descr. E. Meyrick 1: 20. See also: * Homaloderces Gaede, 1937.
