Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- The figures were published a year before the corresponding text, but the legend to plate 79 is non-binominal. Parson et al. (1999, in Scoble) treat HETAERA Gumppenberg, 1887; NABLA Walker, 1866 [August 4]; and SYMMETRESIA Wehrli, 1937 as junior synonyms of HETEROLOCHA Lederer, 1853. Parsons et al. (1999) included 42 species and 8 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus HETEROLOCHA.
