| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- P. canitia is dated from the wrapper of part 26, not from the title-page of volume 4 which is dated 1782. HYLESIA was included within the subfamily SATURNIIDAE: HEMILEUCINAE by Lemaire & Minet, in Kristensen (1999). Becker, V.O., 2001, The identity of some unrecognized Neotropical Bombycoidea (Lepidoptera) described by Francis Walker. Revta bras. Zool. 18: 153-157 included Batatara Walker, 1862 (ex Lasiocampidae) as syn. nov. of Hylesia Hübner, 1820. |
