Memo: Hemming (1967) stated:- Butler proposed the name Anadebis as a replacement for the name Theope Moore, 1857, which is invalid under the Law of Homonymy. The name Anadebis Butler is itself invalid, being a junior objective synonym of Ethope Moore, [1866], a replacement name for Theope Moore published by Moore himself in the year immediately before that in which the name Anadebis Butler appeared. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008).
