| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- H. limbolaria is a junior subjective synonym of Phalaena lutea Stoll, 1781, in Cramer, Uitlandsche Kapellen (Papillons exot.) 4: 157, pl.370, figs C, D. Guenée placed P. lutea, which he described from Stoll's figure, as a form of H. limbolaria, unjustifiably emending the name to luteata. Parsons et al. (1999) included CALLIPONA Turner, 1904; and PSEUDERYTHRA Swinhoe, 1894; and TYCOONIA Warren, 1894 as junior synonyms of HYPERYTHRA Guenée, 1857. Parsons et al. (1999) included 7 species and 3 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus HYPERYTHRA. |
