Memo: Fletcher & Nye (1984) stated:- H. limbella was a Podevin manuscript name made nomenclaturally available by Zeller. Hypsotropa was established in the Phycideae, now Pyralidae Phycitinae; it was included in the Phycitidae : Anerastinae by Ragonot, 1887 Diagnoses N. Am. Phycitidae Galleridae: 19; and became the type-genus of the Pyralidae : Hypsotropinae, now Pyralidae: Peoriinae when the subfamily was established by Hampson, 1918 Proc. zool. Soc. Lond. 1918: 55.
