Memo: Nye & Fletcher (1991) included ILIONARSIS in the family HOLCOPOGONIDAE, treated by Hodges, in Kristensen (1999) as a subfamily of AUTOSTICHIDAE. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- The type-species was proposed as "földvàrii" but has been corrected as required by the Code (Edn 3), Articles 27, 28 and 32(c). The corrected spelling was used by Gozmany, 1967, Acta zool. hung. 13: 276. Ilionarsis was established in the Scythrididae; it was transferred to the Holcopogonidae by Gozmany, 1967, Acta zool. hung. 13: 176.
