Memo: Kruegeria Muller & Rutz, 1920, is a Junior Homonym of the Hemipteran Kruegeria Schmidt, 1911 (Kocak, 1981, Priamus 1 (3) : 123). Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- A junior homonym of Kruegeria Schmidt, 1911, Ent. Ztg. Stettin 72: 269, - Insecta, Hemiptera (published as * Krügeria, an incorrect original spelling under the Code (Edn 3), Article 32(c)(vi). There is no objective replacement name but Kocak, 1981, Priamus 1: 123, stated that Kruegeria Müller-Rutz is congeneric with Eumasia Chrétien, 1904; the latter is thus available for use as a subjective replacement name.
