Memo: Nye (1975) stated:- An unjustified emendation of Anchiroe Saalmüller, 1891. Anchirrhoe was proposed as *`Anchir(rh)oé, an incorrect original spelling which under the Code, Article 32(c)(i) must be corrected by the deletion of parentheses and diaeresis. See: ANCHIROE Saalmüller, 1891. Poole (1989) included MOTAMA Moore, 1882; ANCHIROE Saalmüller, 1891; and ANCHIRRHOE Bertkau, 1892 as junior synonyms of LITHACODIA Hübner, 1818.
