Memo: Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- An unjustified emendation of Leiocampa Stephens, 1828, which was listed by Agassiz as * Leiocampha, an incorrect subsequent spelling. The `Index universalis' formed fascicle 12 of the Nomencl. zool.; Liocampa is dated from the wrapper of the fascicle not from its title-page which is dated 1846.
