Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- A junior homonym of Liodes Heyden, 1826, Isis. Jena 1826 (6): 611 - Arachnida. The objective replacement name is Xantholepidote Gumppenberg, 1887. See: XANTHOLEPIDOTE Gumppenberg, 1887. Parsons et al. (1999) included AMELORA Meyrick, 1892; LIODES Guenée, 1857; STINOPTILA Turner, 1947; and XANTHOLEPIDOTE Gumppenberg, 1887 as junior synonyms of AMELORA Guest, 1887.
