| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- This genus was originally proposed in the Lithosiidae (now Arctiidae), but has since been transferred to the Geometridae; its first published use in this family appears to have been by Warren, 1905, Novit. zool. 12: 315. Parsons et al. (1999) included ASIONA Walker, 1854 [May 13]; and HEMIGYMNODES Warren, 1894 as junior synonyms of MYRICE Walker, 1854. Parsons et al. (1999) included 5 species and 2 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus MYR |
