Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- Necolotois was originally proposed as a subgenus of Apocolotois Wehrli, 1936. Parsons et al. (1999) included GOZMANYITA Vojnits; and NEOCOLOTOIS Djakonov, 1952 as junior synonyms of APOCOLOTOIS Wehrli, 1936.
