Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- P. politia is dated from the wrapper of part 12, not from the title-page of volume 2 which is dated 1779. The incorrect subsequent spelling occurred in part 16, also published in 1777. Parsons et al. (1999) included 5 species and 3 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus NEPHELOLEUCA.
