Memo: Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Nigris was established to denote a subgenus of Messia Hofmann, 1898. Robinson (2001) included the type-species of NIGRIS Zagulajev, 1979, leopoldella Costa, 1832, in the genus EUDARCIA Clemens, 1860.
