Memo: Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- P. yezonica is a junior subjective synonym of Sciapteron regale Butler, 1878, Illust. typical Specimens Lepid. Heterocera Colln Br. Mus. 2: 60, pl.40, fig.3. Nokona was established as a subgenus of Paranthrene Hübner, [1819]. Nokona Matsumura, 1931 was treated as a valid subgenus and brought out of synonymy by Tosevski & Arita, 1992, Japanese Journal of Entomology 60 (3) : 619 and Gorbunov & Arita, 1995, Tinea 14 (3) : 206.
