| Memo: | Nye (1975) stated:- P. biren was originally proposed as 'bi-ren'. Under the Code, Article 26(a), the component words must be united without a hyphen. Papestra was proposed as a subgenus of Mamestra Ochsenheimer, 1816. Poole (1989) included 5 species in the genus PAPESTRA. |
