Poole (1989) included NAXIA Guenée, 1852; PASIPEDA Moore, 1882; MACALDENIA Moore, 1885; PINDARA Moore, 1885; CARANILLA Moore, 1885; BASTILLA Swinhoe, 1918; and XIANA Nye, 1975 as junior synonyms of DYSGONIA Hübner, 1823.
