| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1984) stated:- P. temira is dated from the wrapper of part 31, not from the title-page of volume 4 which is dated 1782. See also: Cirrhocephala Lederer, 1863; Lonchodes Gueneé, 1854; Phalanta Ghesquière, 1942. PHOSTRIA was included within the subfamily CRAMBIDAE: PYRAUSTINAE by Munroe & Solis, in Kristensen (1999). Shaffer (pers. comm.) treats PHOSTRIA in the CRAMBIDAE: SPILOMELINAE. |
