| Memo: | Cowan (1970: 33) stated:- DYMASIA and POLADRYAS. Two recent generic names, Dymasia Higgins, 1960 and Poladryas Bauer, 1961, have already been stated to be based on misidentified type-species (cf. dos. Passos, 1969 J. Lepid Soc. 23 : 124), and necessary action under Article 70a is doubtless being prepared. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). See images at Butterflies of America. |
