Memo: Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- A. ulothrix is a junior subjective synonym of Trichiura obscura Walker, 1855, List Specimens lepid. Insects Colln Br. Mus. 6: 1481. Aprostia was established in the Lymantriadae, now Lymantriidae; it was placed in the Anthelidae by Turner, 1921, Proc. Linn. Soc. N.S.W. 46: 167. See also: Omphaliodes Felder, 1874. Parsons et al. (1999) included APROSITA Turner, 1917 as a junior synonym of NICETERIA Turner, 1929.
