| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- This genus was originally proposed in the Lithosiidae (now Arctiidae), but has since been transferred to the Geometridae; its first published use in this family appears to have been by Rothschild, 1898, Novit. zool. 5: 102 (as * Presos, an incorrect subsequent spelling). Parsons et al. (1999) included 4 species in the genus PRAESOS. |
