Memo: | Nye (1975) stated:- Cited by Neave, 1940, Nomencl. zool. 3: 958 as though it were a nomenclaturally available generic name distinct from Psephis Guenée, 1854, Hist. nat. Insectes (Lépid.) 8:257, Lepid., Pyralidae. Felder & Rogenhofer did not, however, propose a new genus but merely described a new species as 'Psephis? aega F. & R.' which should have been placed in Ostha Walker. See: OSTHA Walker, 1861. |
